I've mentioned before in previous posts that I'm not up to speed with technology. I'm computer illiterate in many ways.

But I just recently got some new editing stuff on my computer - the entire Adobe Suite, I believe (?), including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition - so I'm learning little by little.

I'm thinking about buying a mic to do voice over on my computer. Not a production shotgun mic (that'll be later).

Any advice or suggestions on mics?

Shure SM57?
SENNHEISER E815S?

OR something else?
How bout the pick up pattern?
Condenser or dynamic?
